Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite System Administrator to play a crucial role in supporting our Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
You will identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, provide analytical insights, and ensure that our systems scale to meet business needs.
Your responsibilities will include administering all accounting systems, integrating NetSuite with other business systems and external portals, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing system mapping and integrations with NetSuite, supporting system workflows and routing rules via SuiteApp
- Providing technical support and training for all NetSuite users
- Builing custom reports and saved searches for Finance and FP&A teams, and fulfill audit requests
- Identifing and implementing opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of financial reporting
- Developing comprehensive documentation including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of professional NetSuite Administration experience, focusing on Financial, Sales, and Operations modules
- Expertise in developing custom reporting and optimizing processes
- Proficiency in revising workflows and supporting new implementations
- Strong integration skills and experience
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to diagnose problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)
Desired Skills :
- MRP experience is preferable
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
- Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid remote setup (frequent onsite meetings required)
