Training And Development Specialist

Join our team at Conagra's Birds Eye Foods plant, where you'll report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and play a key role in driving performance through hands-on training and improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about developing frontline manufacturing talent and enhancing operational excellence.

You Will :

• Lead the development and implementation of training tools including One Point Lessons (OPLs), Standardized Work (SETs), checklists, and playbooks.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive training library to support employee development across all shifts.
• Spend approximately 75% of your time on the production floor, coaching and training team members.
• Own the documentation and sustainability of training programs, utilizing company learning management system software.
• Collaborate with plant teams to identify and share manufacturing best practices.
• Support Conagra Performance System (CPS) initiatives including Safety, Quality, 5S, Equipment Ownership, and Team Participation.
• Monitor and report training metrics monthly; develop action plans to close performance gaps.
• Partner with other plants and corporate teams to align training strategies and share success stories.

Compensation :

Pay Range : $63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : location, relevant experience / level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
