Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd shift

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, at our Birds Eye Food facility in Darien, WI you will be responsible for sanitation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. You will develop plant sanitation programs and procedures. You will collaborates with engineers, suppliers, contractors and plant partners to provide a clean and sterile facility. You will assure compliance with regulatory agencies regarding sanitation requirements and the use of cleaning and exterminating agents.

What you will do :

• Lead plant sanitation crews, processes, and methods
• Complete daily, weekly, and periodic plant wide cleaning and sanitation activity
• Maintain the plant Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS), the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) per USDA regulations, the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP), and Environmental Swabbing Program
• Conduct periodic plant inspections and audits, tracking progress of corrective actions

You are occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation :

Pay Range : $63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : location, relevant experience / level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
