SCHEDULE : Part-Time | Friday 3 : 00 p.m. – 11 : 00 p.m. and Sunday 12 : 00 p.m. – 8 : 00 p.m.

• Must have a valid driver's license

ABOUT THE ROLE

Assists residents, visitors, vendors, contractors and employees by providing services necessary to ensure a friendly, efficient and safe environment, and performs all other duties as directed by the supervisor.  Helps maintain the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the building and the Common Areas, both inside and outside. Devotes majority of their time and focus to welcoming residents and guests in the front lobby / door. Most professional and polished manner possible. Will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including customer service, administrative, and minor janitorial responsibilities. In addition, will provide valet service to residents and guests.
