Duties : Program Launch :

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding education for new Co-hosts
• Analyzing regional and territory business trends and outcomes to identify and scale growth opportunities
• Designing, piloting, and testing new levers that support Co-host growth at scale
• Developing and maintaining a community forum to increase reach and feedback loops for program, product support and community support
• Execution of workshops, events, webinars, partnerships and other channels to build an integrated strategy
• Adapting central programs to support regional objectives.

The hiring range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
