What you'll do :

• Prospect neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in storm-affected areas
• Inspect for storm damage and help file insurance claims
• Schedule adjuster meetings and walk homeowners through the process
• Present contract options, upgrades, and finalize project details
• Attend roof builds and manage customer communication
• Work with internal claims and production teams to settle projects
• Collect payments and ensure a positive customer experience
• Submit referrals, overpayments, and support financing when needed
