Our client, an IT Solutions provider, is looking for a Dynamics F&O Finance Solution Architect to join them on a full-time basis and play a key role in implementations of D365 F&O.

Key Skills & Experience :
- Experience in implementing D365 F&O within Manufacturing / Production / Distribution organizations
- 5+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Architect
- 5+ years' experience as a functional SME working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms AX / F&O required
- 3+ years of experience using X++ to implement extended Dynamics features and enhancements required
- F&O / AX module experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of business processes that enhance the out-of-the-box Dynamics functionality
- Effectively promote Dynamics capability within the business ensuring further adoption throughout the business
- Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
- Meet and exceed the business expectations of business knowledge, skills, and behaviour
- Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
- Ensure Dynamics updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
- Conduct workshops with the users, demonstrate systems, implement solutions, and present to customers
- Assures the quality of the solution and related project deliverables
- Responsible for the proposed solutions by configuring the system according to requirements
- Mentor and coach other team members to ensure their growth
- Mentor and coach clients to ensure adequate internal support is available
Location : Minnesota
