Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

Summary : Join our team as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, where you'll spearhead the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of control systems for water treatment equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize design documents to commission and troubleshoot control systems.
• Develop and / or redline P&IDs, electrical drawings, and control documents.
• Interface with customers regarding I&C designs and solutions.
• Assess client problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform control system factory acceptance tests with clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally between engineering and service teams.
• Setup and troubleshoot Ethernet-based networks for remote monitoring and support.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Skills / Experience Required :

• Degree in Engineering or 5+ years' experience in designing and commissioning instrumentation and control equipment.
• Experience commissioning DCS, PLC, or SCADA Control Systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including international trips.
• Ability to work at remote construction sites and lift 30 lbs.
• 3 years of automation programming experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fieldbus networks and water treatment systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet customer site requirements.
