Registered Vascular Sonographer - (Sonography - Sono)

Ultrasonographer Tech needed ASAPSHIFT : DAYS - 7A-7P - 3X12'S - CALL SHARED AMONG THE TEAM.REQUIREMENTS : RVT THROUGH ARDMSRVS THROUGH CCI REGISTRYBLS (AHA OR ARC) DO NOT SUBMIT IF UNABLE TO START ASAP OR WITHOUT BELOW REQUIREMENTS TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTEDMUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONSTRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITYThe Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and / or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).

The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : abdominal, pelvic, (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms.

Additionally is proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotom) along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.

ARRT SONOGRAPHY OR ARDMS

BLS (ONLY ARC OR AHA ACCEPTED)

TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
