Job Description
We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of health care law experience. This experience should be in a nationally-recognized law firm, government agency, health care provider, or managed care organization. Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following specialty areas : managed care, fraud and abuse, government or internal investigations, or providing regulatory guidance on business relationships involving health care clients. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be members of the California bar.

Our firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $320,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant's skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
