We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.

  • Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
  • Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Operations Technology Integration - DKL will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of the application portfolio supporting Delek's midstream operations. This role ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while driving innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across pipeline, storage, terminal, water and gas plant systems. Education and Experience

  • 4 year / Bachelor's degree (required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years experience in management (required)
  • Eight (8) or more years experience in a related field, with proven success in managing large-scale application portfolios and driving digital transformation initiatives (required)
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, pipeline management systems, asset integrity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PHMSA, FERC)
  • Experience with DTN Guardian3 or similar terminal automation platforms, FlowCal, Kepware, AutoSol, Ignition, and other midstream & SCADA applications
  • Familiarity with GIS, EAM, ERP and other enterprise grade systems
  • Ability to travel to sites as required : 15-30%

  • Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on application capabilities and investment decisions
  • Leads cross-functional teams in the delivery of application projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes
  • Monitors performance metrics and KPIs to assess application effectiveness and user satisfaction
  • Manages relationships with software vendors and service providers
  • Negotiates contracts, SLAs, and licensing agreements to optimize value and performance
  • Supports the performance of application management, analysis, and development teams through effective guidance and collaboration
