A rapidly growing, A+ rated property & casualty insurance carrier is seeking experienced Casualty Claims Operations Manager to oversee and elevate auto casualty claims handling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in guiding teams, improving processes, and ensuring best-in-class claims performance.
Base pay range
$140,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end casualty claims operation, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of adjusters and support staff, fostering accountability and performance.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to drive efficiency and mitigate loss exposure.
- Monitor high-severity claims and litigation, ensuring effective risk management.
- Deliver key performance insights to senior leadership through reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Claims, Underwriting, and Finance to support business goals.
- Design and scale operational structures to support ongoing company growth.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).7+ years of casualty claims management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong background in auto claims; non-standard auto expertise is highly valued.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to analyze complex claims issues and drive practical, results-oriented solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
