Requirements :
- Paralegal Certificate
- Proven civil litigation experience.
- Knowledge of state and local civil procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
Responsibilities :
- Drafting legal documents (i.e. correspondence, discovery, pleadings)
- Calendar management
- Court document filing
- Preparing records for deposition and trial
- Legal research
Salary Range :
$65,000 $80,000+ D.O.E.
