AI Innovation Manager

The AI Innovation Manager will focus on ensuring that lawyers and business professionals effectively use the firm's AI and practice technology tools. This role emphasizes end-user support, training, and communications, creating resources that enable adoption and ensuring that tools are embedded into daily workflows. The position's primary responsibility is enablement, adoption, and ongoing user engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep curiosity and commitment to understanding AI and its potential in legal practice, consistently seeking to expand their expertise and apply it in practical ways.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
