Job Details
We are seeking an attorney with 3–7 years of experience in real estate law. The ideal candidate will have :
Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, leasing, and financing
Familiarity with zoning and land use matters, including representing clients before local boards and agencies
Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage multiple matters independently
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (New Jersey Bar a plus)
