Position Overview : Fresh Products is currently offering full-time positions for Production Associates at our Perrysburg, OH facility.
We're committed to providing a competitive hourly rate and a safe, clean work environment that fosters growth and teamwork.
Schedule Options : Work 4 Days, Enjoy 3 Days Off (10-hour shifts)
- 1st Shift : 6 : 30AM to 5 : 00PM, Monday to Thursday
- 2nd Shift : 5 : 00PM to 3 : 30AM, Monday to Thursday
What Fresh Products Offers :
- Competitive base pay of $18.60 per hour with an additional $1.50 Shift Premium
- Enjoy a 4-day work week, with 3 days off
- Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays that is communicated ahead of time

Requirements :
- Minimum age requirement : 18 years old
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
- Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
