Job descriptionMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership sales management. Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets at a dealership. Strong leadership, mentor / coach and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations. Proficiency in sales management software and tools. High level of motivation, self-discipline, and integrity. Team player! - Performance Analysis : Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management : Manage departmental budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
