The AR Logistics & Credit Coordinator plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring accuracy in our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, maintaining healthy account aging, and supporting our logistics operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit claims, validate claims, clear legitimate non-trade deductions, and submit for repays on invalid claims through customers.
• Communicate with account managers and supply chain department on various issues regarding claims and back up documentation.
• Maintains advanced level of knowledge of the TPM system and NAV system.
• Provides ongoing support by working on special assigned projects such as, post, audit, and research.
• Process Logistics purchase orders and invoices, reconciles respective AP balance monthly, and researches any discrepancies.
• Assists in the monthly closing.
• Assists during company audits.
