Position Overview :

We're seeking a Service Support Specialist to join our Service Dispatch Operations team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and field service engineers. You'll coordinate service requests, dispatch activities, and ensure timely, accurate communication that keeps our service delivery running seamlessly.
