Job description
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meetings while ensuring timely decision-making
Coordinate travel and logistics, maintaining confidentiality and organization
Facilitate accurate information flow between the CEO and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Proven experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in an agency or tech environment
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and general tech tools
High emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential matters professionally
Experience with webinar / event coordination and research support is essential
Bachelor's degree welcomed but not required; English certification is a plus
