Job description

Accounting Office Assistant

We are looking for a person with great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help with day-to-day accounting and office duties in our busy accounting department.

  • $19-$20 / hour depending on level of experience and qualifications
  • Pro-rated vacation & personal time
  • 401k plan with match
  • Part-time 25 hours / week - Monday-Friday 5 hours / day - mornings preferred
  • Hybrid schedule may be available after an initial training period

Responsibilities :

  • Data entry of vendor invoices
  • Verify and enter data in our document imaging system
  • Occasional phone / receptionist duties - possible additional hours as needed
  • Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position

    • Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of office experience
  • 10-key skills needed
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Friendly and helpful with the ability to work well in a team environment
