At The Place for Children with Autism, we're more than a therapy center. We're a team on a mission to help children with autism thrive. As the Client Enrollment Manager, you'll manage our Outreach team and drive excellence across the lead-to-enrollment pipeline. In this role, you'll combine analytical insights, operational leadership, and hands-on coaching to ensure every family has a seamless, positive experience from first inquiry to enrollment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor Salesforce dashboards daily to identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to ensure lead progression.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Outreach to optimize conversions and seat utilization.
- Serve as a Salesforce power user, maintaining clean and standardized data.
- Conduct weekly audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop validation systems to eliminate duplicates and ensure reliable leadership dashboards.
- Lead daily call coaching and second-voice support to strengthen tone, empathy, and conversion skills.
- Review recorded calls and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead by example using a player-coach approach.
- Utilize team scorecards, consistent mentorship, and daily visibility to build accountability and drive results.
- Translate Salesforce analytics into actionable strategies.
- Provide regular performance updates and collaborate cross-functionally to align outreach efforts with enrollment goals.
- Report pipeline / funnel status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Strengthen referral networks and community partnerships.
- Support brand visibility and center enrollment goals through strategic outreach initiatives.
What We're Looking For
35 years of experience in lead generation, sales operations, or performance-driven environments with a track record of exceeding conversion and pipeline management goals.Hands-on CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) with the ability to build reports, maintain data integrity, and coach teams on CRM best practices.Experience managing high-value, multi-stage pipelines from inquiry to enrollment or service activation.Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams on call performance, data ownership, and process improvement.Background in community outreach or referral partnership development, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, capable of balancing strategic oversight and day-to-day execution.Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, or healthcare strongly preferred; passion for family-centered care a plus.What We Offer
