Are you an experienced Personal Injury Attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a highly respected and growing law firm in Oklahoma City , is seeking a Plaintiff-side Trial Attorney with strong litigation and courtroom experience to join their team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases from intake through trial, with a proven record of success as first or second chair in jury trials. You’ll be part of a collaborative, client-focused team that values integrity, preparation, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of personal injury plaintiff matters , including discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial.

Handle all aspects of case preparation and strategy , including client communication and trial presentation.

Participate in depositions, mediations, and pre-trial hearings.

Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling and exceptional client service.

Represent clients confidently in negotiations and courtroom proceedings.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma (in good standing).

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience , with trial experience (1st or 2nd chair).

Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload with professionalism and empathy.
