The Director, Technical Operations Finance oversees all aspects of the division operating and headcount planning process and coordinates budget and financial results with Corporate Finance, Division Senior Management, and Corporate Accounting to ensure compliance with corporate financial guidelines, policies, and procedures.
This Director position is responsible for supporting Tech Ops, including all maintenance activities and organizations performed in the US and internationally, plus in-house and third party vendors.
Oversees financial planning and budgeting in an organization
Reports monthly financial performance and coordinates with the division and Corporate Finance on various cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
Coordinates and prepares annual operating and headcount budgets
Assists division leaders in the analysis of operating expense and headcount requests
Manages staff of financial analysts and managers
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Demonstrates the highest standards of personal ethics and integrity
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience / training
7 years of Finance or related leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Advanced degree (MBA) or advanced certification (CPA)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic and tactical vision to all levels within the organization
Ability to explain financial and accounting concepts to non-financial audiences
Experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis, as well as developing and reporting performance metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
