Developer - SQL, Qlik Sense

As a Developer specializing in SQL and Qlik Sense, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our data analytics capabilities and driving informed decision-making across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and optimization of our Qlik Sense implementation, ensuring data integrity and delivering impactful insights to stakeholders.

Focus :

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense solutions, including dashboarding, data modeling, and ad hoc reporting.
• Utilize SQL queries, stored procedures, and query optimization techniques to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Design and implement efficient data transformation processes, including the creation of QVD files and set analysis.
• Architect, develop, and deploy applications using Qlik Sense, adhering to best practices for front-end development and visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development efforts and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Integrate data from various sources through ETL processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Skill Set :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications and equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development and SQL programming, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Proficiency in data transformation, QVD file creation, and set analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDMS) such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable designs and strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget constraints.
• Familiarity with Qlik Sense certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Architect, System Administrator) is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
