position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

What you´ll do

  • Performs a variety of technical procedures such as preparing routine solutions and reagents, and performing routine milling of the mixture of resins and fillers, and testing of material physical property etc.
  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
  • Conduct laboratory support functions such as stocking and distributing supplies and equipment.
  • Perform technical and record keeping in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
  • Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
  • Suggest innovative routes or improvements in the formulation of material and new product development.
  • Helps develop new tests for materials performance as required

What makes you a good fit

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent or higher from a two-year college or technical school in science-related field
  • 3- 5 years experience working in a laboratory environment and with laboratory equipment
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures

  • Ability to operate laboratory equipment safely
  • Ability to effectively present information in small group situations to other employees of the organization
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Lotus Notes and Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

    The salary for this role is $65000.00 - $76000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
