What You'll Lead
As the Regional Sales Director, you’ll oversee a high‑performing team of 10 Account Managers across the Central U.S. Region, covering:Illinois (IL), Wisconsin (WI), Kentucky (KY), Kansas (KS), Missouri (MO), Minnesota (MN), North Dakota (ND), South Dakota (SD), Nebraska (NE).
You’ll own regional strategy, team performance, customer relationships, and revenue growth—while fostering a culture built on trust, accountability, and momentum.
