A company is looking for a Legal Researcher to support its legal department in a remote full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance for various product offerings

Conduct thorough contract reviews and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners and vendors

Required Qualifications

Strong academic background in law (Bachelor's degree, JD, LLM, or PhD)
