A company is looking for a Tier 2 Specialist to provide customer service and support for inquiries related to travel management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for basic and escalated inquiries via multiple channels
Handle high volume inbound calls, chats, and emails while ensuring compliance with travel regulations
Support updates to Standard Operating Procedures and provide feedback on processes and trends
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
6+ months of customer service experience required
May have additional training or education in area of specialization
