Our clinic works closely with experienced surgeons to provide comprehensive care and education to patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities :

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday - Days only
• Collaborate with surgeons for pre-surgery site markings and patient education on ostomies
• Conduct thorough assessments of ostomy patients, including evaluation of wound status and overall health
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient education on ostomy care techniques and prevention of complications
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize evidence-based practices for optimal wound healing
• Maintain accurate documentation according to regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients
• Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of NP experience, preferably in wound care management
