A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist - Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Support client bookkeeping functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and reporting
Ensure deadlines for accounting month-end are met and assist in the compilation of client information for tax preparation
Organize, systematize, and document processes and procedures while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
10+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience using bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks)
Two-year accounting degree preferred
Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana (or similar)
Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace
