State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician to support clinical services in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members participating in clinical programs

Document provider feedback in the clinical database and manage incoming fax queues

Provide outstanding customer service during inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience working remotely or independently in a cross-functional team environment

Current pharmacy technician license in the state of residence

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts between 8 : 00am and 8 : 00pm CST, Monday through Friday
