• Lead and manage complex interior design projects from concept to completion
• Mentor and develop design talent across the team
• Build and nurture client relationships, driving business development
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance
• Champion sustainable design aligned with CPL’s ClimateSMART initiatives

The rate for this position generally ranges between $119k - 178,757k annually.
