Our award-winning Interior Design studio in our Raleigh, NC office is looking for a full time Interior Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. We’re searching for a talented, passionate, and highly creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical ability, be creative, have the desire to take initiative. Responsibilities
- Apply creativity, enthusiasm, and passion to your work
- Utilizing Revit or AutoCAD prepare interior design construction documents to include floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, millwork details and schedules
- Collaborate with your project team to develop projects from concept through construction administration, and FF&E installation
- Ability to design specialty millwork pieces in Revit
- Produce digital design drawings, presentations and graphics utilizing inDesign, Photoshop, Revit & / or Sketchup
- Create furniture layouts and selections for each project, delegating tasks as needed
- Communicate with product representatives to attain samples and new materials
- Select, specify, and design interior finishes as well as FF&E
- Be available for occasional travel for site visits and FF&E installations
- Participate with your team in meetings and presentations
- Be knowledgeable of the latest industry trends and an active participant in industry events
- Be an active participant and a positive influence of the creative culture of the studio
