Patient Sales Coordinator
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission

Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and personable Patient Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves guiding potential patients through their treatment options, providing excellent customer service, and helping them schedule appointments that fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries through calls, messages, and emails
Provide accurate information about available services and treatments
Assist patients in scheduling consultations and appointments
Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continued care
Work with the clinic team to provide a smooth and positive experience for every patient
Achieve individual and team performance goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, patient coordination, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
Highly organized with attention to detail
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
