About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Schools to serve as the chief spiritual, academic, operations, finance, and executive leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuous improvement of school affordability, sustaining the institution through effective financial management, and building strong relationships with the community, including current and future donors. This role requires a visionary leader who can collaborate with the leadership team, staff, faculty, and parents to ensure the school's mission of equipping minds and nurturing hearts is fulfilled. The Head of Schools will also be tasked with leading strategic and tactical development, solidifying the institution as a local and regional leader, and engaging in the Christian community to support the academic, spiritual, and personal development of students.
Candidates for the Head of Schools position at the company should have a Baccalaureate degree, with a preference for a Christian education, and a Doctorate or Master’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, with a preference for those who have served as a principal or in a similar leadership role within a Christian academic institution. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian, a creative problem solver, and a results-focused innovator. They should possess strong communication skills, be strategic and practical visionaries, and demonstrate a proven track record in team building and talent development.
