Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Sales Enablement to join our team. This individual contributor role focuses on enabling and growing technical field teams, including Sales Engineers and Solution Architects, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience to drive revenue. This position will also own the creation and maintenance of training labs, demo environments, and other technical enablement initiatives.
In this role, you will apply your technical and interpersonal expertise to empower our technical sales teams. You will develop and deliver training content, manage demo environments, and create immersive, hands-on labs to showcase our platform’s capabilities. We need a professional who can balance the technical intricacies of our products with the ability to communicate effectively across various audiences.

Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills.
