Systems Analyst (Hybrid role)

Systems Analysis :
Strong analytical skills to assess complex systems, understand user requirements, and propose effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency :
Deep understanding of IT systems, databases, networks, and infrastructure to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Business Acumen :
Ability to understand business processes, goals, and objectives to align technical solutions with organizational needs.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and convey technical information effectively.
Stakeholder management experience
Ideally someone with experience working with users to gain deep understanding of systems and processes to help document current state and determine requirements / risks for future state
Project Management :
Experience in project management methodologies and tools to lead and coordinate system implementation and enhancement projects.
Problem Solving / Solution Recommendation :
Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Experience evaluating solutions build versus buy
Buy) Experience in evaluating and selecting third-party solutions
Documentation :
Ability to create detailed technical documentation including system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
Teamwork and Collaboration :
Capability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with developers, testers, and other IT professionals to achieve project goals.
Risk Management :
Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies to anticipate potential issues and ensure the stability and security of IT systems.
