  • Job Summary :

    Central City Health is committed to enabling every patient in our community to thrive by building a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team. Under the direct supervision of the Associate Executive Director of Behavioral Health, SUD, & Housing provides oversight and direction to the management teams responsible for daily operations. The Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively with the staff of the clinical programs to ensure compliance with agency and clinical standards, as well as federal, state, local and third-party payer expectations.  The Clinical Supervisor will develop and maintain operations to maximize clinical efficiencies and quality objectives while achieving productivity requirements. The Clinical Supervisor will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination of clinical and operational practices within the agency. The Supervisor will provide a minimum of 25% (approximately 25-30 encounters) of clinical services monthly.

    Responsibilities :

  • Develops and implements policies and plans for clinical functions.
  • In collaboration with the Leadership team, identifies new or changing practices.
  • Analyzes the impact on the practice (including staff, facility, & equipment).
  • Monitors day-to-day operations and program(s) to ensure compliance goals.
  • Ensures the integration of services promotes a team-based patient care.
  • Participates in the development of agency workflows.
  • Assure compliance with FQHC, NCQA, CMH, and DWIHN.
  • Ensures evidence-based clinical practice workflow.
  • Monitors and reviews charts for compliance standards.
  • Ensures staff meet productivity and departmental goals.
  • Education & Experience :

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling required.
  • Current State of Michigan licensure in one : LMSW, LP, or LPC required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of advance experience in treating mental health.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience working for a non-profit organization, public health sector.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and EHR databases.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Skilled in working with individuals suffering from substance abuse / addiction.
  • Executes all duties with the highest professional standards.
