Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Payments Partnerships to provide advanced support in managing and optimizing strategic partner relationships. This role is a key resource for operational execution, partner governance, and analytical insights. They will help drive for results while ensuring key financial and contractual obligations are met. This position will work closely across the Partnership and cross-functional teams to address complex partner needs and contribute to new product and program development.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Support management on day-to-day partnership responsibilities across Visa / Amex / MasterCard / Fiserv
- Ensure the Bank is optimizing partnerships and developing a payment network strategy (Visa / Amex / MasterCard)
- Assist with program governance to ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Monitor and track performance metrics, providing insights to guide decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing Channel Owners, Risk Management, and IT to identify and implement strategies across the customer lifecycle
- Analyze competitive landscape to report on industry trends and offers
- Identify, develop, and implement initiatives within products to meet established and strategic goals driving incremental gains
- Manage schedules, project deliverables, key milestones, and deadlines to ensure product launches and ongoing campaigns are executed on time and / or within budget
- Assist in contract reviews and negotiations with Legal and leadership
- Continually evaluate card member performance from account accounts, acquisition performance, track to goals, and act as necessary
- Prepare quarterly business reviews and deliver data-driven conclusions to partners and management.
- Identify ways to increase revenue, provide resources, and reduce costs
- Manage the tracking and communication process with networks and internal business partners monthly for key business updates and releases, which include compliance, financial, cardmember and other operational impacts to the business
- Manage the BIA's and contract process including completing all vendor management forms and obtaining required approvals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field3-5 years of experience in partner or business-to-business marketing, consulting or related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and market trendsExcellent communication and relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal oversightExperience building business relationships with a variety of internal and external teamsExcellent problem-solving skillsSelf-starter, who can work independently on several projects at one timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCredit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
