Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Corporate Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Travel Agents, ensuring they receive all the information and resources they need to perform their best.

You will also be responsible for keeping corporate filings up to date, and to liaise with our international team on corporate matters.

Your responsibilities will include updating business listings, and social posts, assisting with onboarding new agents, collecting mail, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, filing documents and writing corporate correspondence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly updating business listings like yelp, google MyBusiness etc
  • Assisting with administrative work to onboard new agents
  • Filing relevant corporate and compliance documents
  • Collecting mail from post boxes, coordinating shipping
  • Help executive team keep track of meetings, organizing them and reminding them
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Contribute to keeping corporate records up to date.
  • Moderate data entry and updates.
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, Executive Assistant, Corporate Administrator or Corporate Secretary or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and computers
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

Remote / Office Split

You can work partially remote for this job, however you are required to be in the office at least two or three days a week for important meetings.
