Job descriptionProficiency in troubleshooting computing devices, Windows operating systems , network technologies, printers, and Microsoft software applications . Ability to provide support across multiple environments (desktop, client-server, browser-based, etc.). Education : High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6+ months of experience in IT or related area. Minimum 6+ months of experience in operating system or software troubleshooting (e.g., root cause analysis, debugging). Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Provide first-level technical support for products, applications, and devices. Support troubleshooting efforts and help identify routine problems. Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ticketing systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors. Assist with processing incoming requests and maintaining knowledge repositories . Support achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for system performance and availability. Seek training opportunities and apply feedback to improve skills. Perform routine technical tasks under guidance of senior personnel. Manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle minor setbacks effectively. Works under close supervision . Takes responsibility for assigned work with limited decision-making scope. Uses clear written and verbal communication to share information with knowledgeable peers. Follows step-by-step instructions or manuals to complete multi-step processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and applies limited problem-solving skills. Exercises some creativity in addressing technical issues or unfamiliar situations. Push : Up to 80 lbs Pull : Up to 100 lbs Lift : Up to 50 lbs May involve minimal driving using a rental, company, or personal vehicle . Candidates must comply with all reimbursement policies for out-of-pocket expenses.
