The Senior Manager Of Fixed Assets Will Lead And Manage The Fixed Assets Accounting Team, Ensuring Accurate Tracking, Reporting, And Optimization Of The Company's Fixed Assets. This Role Requires A Strategic Thinker With Strong Analytical Skills And A Deep Understanding Of Fixed Asset Management, Accounting Principles, And Compliance Requirements. The Senior Manager Will Collaborate With Various Departments To Support Business Objectives And Enhance Asset Utilization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fixed Asset Management : Oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and disposal. Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed asset transactions in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Develop and implement procedures to improve asset management and control.
• Financial Reporting And Analysis : Prepare and review fixed asset schedules and reports for financial statements and audits, and tax reporting. Analyze asset data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or optimization. Collaborate with the finance team to support planning and forecasting processes related to fixed assets.
• Compliance And Audit : Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements. Lead internal and external audits related to fixed assets, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for fixed asset management.
• Team Leadership And Development : Manage and mentor a team of fixed asset accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with tax, procurement, operations, engineering, and IS departments to ensure alignment on asset management strategies. Support capital project planning and execution, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• System Management : Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of fixed asset management systems and tools. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve asset tracking and reporting efficiency. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
