Key Responsibilities
Achieves annual revenue objectives through sales to new clients and expanding services to existing clients
Builds an active pipeline of qualified prospects and documents new business activity in the sales tracking system
Serves as a valued advisor to clients, assessing risk issues and providing recommendations based on a consultative selling approach
Required Qualifications
Property and Casualty Insurance License is required and must be maintained
College degree or a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred
Experience with complex commercial coverage
In-depth understanding of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
