Key Responsibilities
Guide data teams toward improved collaboration and governance in metadata management
Build strong relationships with customers, including Fortune 500 companies and startups
Drive customer ROI through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Success or Client Consulting roles focused on data / technology solutions
Strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements
Experience in driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
