Civil Professional Engineer

Harris Civil Engineers is looking for an experienced and licensed Civil Professional Engineer to lead complex site development projects, guide junior engineers, and drive efficient, high-quality solutions. What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead the civil design and engineering of large-scale, complex site development projects.
• Manage project production timelines, deliverables, and budgets in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and design staff, providing technical guidance and career support.
• Oversee technical documentation, including plan sets, reports, research, and recommendations.
• Perform quality reviews and implement process improvements to maintain technical excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliance and project success.
• Support business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and jurisdictional regulations.
