Job description

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Representative to provide exceptional support to patients and caregivers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for scheduling health visits and providing patient support

Educate patients and caregivers on program benefits and address inquiries

Document interactions accurately and collaborate with clinical teams for care coordination

Required Qualifications

12 months of call center or phone-based customer service experience

Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical scheduling preferred

High school diploma or GED required

Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
