Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Finding potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach.
- Client Needs Analysis – Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, family situation, and protection needs.
- Policy Presentation & Education – Explaining life insurance options (term, whole life, IUL, etc.) in a way clients can understand.
- Application & Underwriting Support – Helping clients complete applications, gathering documents, and guiding them through approval.
- Client Service & Relationship Management – Providing ongoing support, reviewing policies, and helping with claims or adjustments.

Strong Communication People Skills – Comfortable talking with new people, building trust, and explaining financial concepts clearly.Self-Motivated, Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently, stay disciplined, and push toward income / production targets.Basic Tech / Computer Skills – Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online applications (no prior industry experience required).Compensation
Compensation : $95,000 at plan commission DOE
