Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and safety standards. The Project Manager works closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing all phases of civil construction projects, coordinating with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, reviewing project plans, monitoring project progress, preparing and maintaining project documentation, conducting regular site visits, communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, leading project meetings, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management; strong knowledge of site development, utilities, roadwork, and heavy civil construction practices; proficiency with project management software and construction documentation; excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.
