Job Title : Technical Analyst ( Operative One)

Location : Seattle, WA

Duration : 6+ Months- possible extension / conversion

Salary and Other Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between $ 50.00 / hr- $60 .00 / hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Day to Day :

  • Support lead for Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance within the Operative One OMS
  • Collaboratively investigate and resolve Operative One platform bugs, ensuring system stability and ad campaign success.
  • Advise on UI configuration of each user module (Sales, Ad Ops, Analytics, etc.)
  • Complete new feature testing in sandbox environment before releasing into production.
  • Create and manage targeting options, approval rules, and custom fields.
  • Send planned and unplanned tool outage notifications to staff
  • Create new products ensuring their proper integration with other systems such as Salesforce CRM, forecasting tools, billing systems, ad servers
  • Support team leads with projects complex integration or configuration initiatives.

    • Must Haves :

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, applications support, or development
  • 2-3 years of experience managing an Order Management System, CRM, or equivalent (Salesforce, Operative One, YieldX, Ad Manager)
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Operative One
  • Experience using Excel
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
